Really did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond.. our car broke down on our way to the closing and he picked us up and even offered to drive us all the way back home downstate. Truly a great guy!

I am a disabled veteran with 3 teenagers at home, we had been leasing our current home for 14 years and was informed that our lease was expiring and had about 60 days to locate and move into a new house because our home was being placed onto the market well above our current price range.

We notified Carl of our situation and he totally understood our since of urgency in locating a home and completing the closing process before our time ran out at our current property.
